Your contract is with The Resilience Retreat Ltd, company number 13865318.

Your contract incorporates these Booking Conditions and by making a booking with us you confirm your acceptance of these Booking Conditions.

Payment must be paid in full at least 90 days before the start of the retreat.

In the event of non payment we reserve the right to cancel your place and will not refund the deposit.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 91 days or more prior to your arrival date, all payments will be refunded minus the 30% deposit.

Cancellation between 90 days and your arrival date: 100% of the payments will be forfeited.

All deposits are non refundable or transferable. All bookings are non refundable or transferable. By completing our booking form and paying your deposit you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

Shared rooms

If you are booking the shared room option and one of you needs to cancel. The deposit is non refundable.

If you would still like to attend the retreat you can come with another friend or you can pay the cost of a single occupancy room which is £1600.

Circumstances beyond our control

We cannot be held responsible for disruption to your holiday caused by bad or unusual weather, illness or injury, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. You will not be entitled to a refund or be able to transfer to another retreat.

Fitness To participate

A moderate level of fitness is expected. Our retreats are aimed at those who are fairly active and fit.

Please read through the activities, by booking onto a Resilience Retreat you accept responsibility for ensuring you are fit enough to participate in these activities.

Please note that the yoga is NOT suitable for pregnancy.

Disclaimer

The Resilience Retreat cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage to, or theft, of personal belongings, or for any illness, injury or accident which may occur during an event or guided walk unless proven to be caused by negligence on the part of The Resilience Retreat.

Clients should take all normal, sensible precautions and exercise an appropriate degree of care at all times. It is recommended that clients carry insurance for personal or electronic equipment and this is often covered by household insurance so please check with your provider.

The Resilience Retreat holds full public liability insurance and our partners hold full professional insurance for the activities that we offer.

If you decide to take part in activities outside of the supervised sessions such as swimming in the Lake or walking around the estate, you do so at your own risk.

Travel Insurance

For all trips, we recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book. This should cover you for any cancellation, illness or any other circumstances that may prevent you from attending the trip, as well as any flight delays, lost luggage and any other additional travel expenses incurred.

Dogs

We do not allow dogs on our retreats.

Participation

The minimum age is 18 years of age

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted during our retreats either inside or in a group environment. You may smoke in outside designated areas.

Alcohol

This is a health and wellbeing retreat and we respectfully request that you do not bring your own alcohol to the retreat venue. We need you to be 100% focused and present during the retreat so that you can get the most from the workshops and activities.

Wine will be served with dinner in the evening, we request that you drink responsibly.
