About the Resilience retreat

We offer immersive, transformational experiences for people who want to go from stressed to refreshed.

Since hosting our first 2 day retreat in July 2022 we have continued to grow and expand our offering from half day mini retreats in the Ribble Valley to 4 day transformational retreat experiences. So far we have welcomed over 80 retreaters and our following continues to grow through recomendations. Last year we hosted our first corporate retreat for HP Inc and Softcat PLC. They were originally booked in at The Belfry for golfing and the spa. However, what we offered was so much more inclusive. The team were able to spend 2 days together in a beautifull location whilst enhancing their well being and gaining a greater understanding of themselves and their role within the team. They had such a great time that they’ve booked again for next year!

Our residential retreats are a blend of psychology, yoga, reflection, open water swimming, fell-walking, personality profiling workshops, stress and resilience workshops, and practical tools and techniques to help you live your best life.

We take a whole person approach, by providing you with a mental and physical life overhaul to ensure you are living your life on your terms. We want you to live a life by design, not by default.

There really is no other retreat like it, and we know you will leave feeling ready to take on the world.

The easiest train station to get to is Oxenholme in Kendal. There is a direct train from London Euston which takes just over 3 hours.

Silverholme is then a 30 minute taxi ride. We chose this area of the Lakes for its accessibility by car or train. The train is particularly convenient as it allows you to work or relax during your travel. It’s also an exceptionally beautiful journey.

If you are joining us from outside the UK. The easiest airports to fly into would be Manchester or Leeds Bradford. Silverholme is then a 2 hour transfer by car.
