Simon Brock is our dedicated retreat chef.
Working with small independent local suppliers, he has created a menu that is nourishing, mainly organic and absolutely delicious.
Throughout your time on retreat with us you will be expending lots of energy during yoga classes, walks and swims. We want to offer wholesome and hearty local food that will also provide the nutrition necessary to keep you feeling energised.
We are absolutely delighted to have Simon on board again for the entire retreat. Simon won the Unique Dining Experience of the Year 2022 in the Tourism and Hospitality Awards. He is renowned for delivering fine dining and we can’t wait to gather in the formal dining room during the evening to celebrate the day with you over delicious food.
Breakfast and lunch will be a more relaxed affair served from the stunning kitchen with those magnificent bifold doors and unrivalled views of the Lake.
