Ainsley also holds The Life Awareness breathwork qualification and is currently finalising her Pilates and sound healing qualifications.

Her classes are centred around mindful movement in addition to building strength and flexibility. The core breathing exercises enable you to calm the nervous system and embrace a more mindful state.

You will feel inspired and relaxed after her teaching but most importantly you'll leave with a range of methods to help you stay focused and maintain a calm state in everyday life and stressful situations.

After 15 years teaching in secondary schools she decided to take the leap and start her own business. Ainsley has 3 little wildlings at home and wanted to have more headspace to focus on their needs. She had a drive to be her own boss and to see what she could achieve when she only had herself to answer to. Her aim was to create a business that helped other women who were feeling frazzled with the day to day grind. Ainsley has combined her love of teaching with her passion for the outdoors and wellness.

In her spare time you’ll find her running across the local fells & lifting in the gym.
