Psychometric profiling

One of the reasons why The Resilience Retreat is so unique is because of the  psychometric profiling tools that we use.

They will provide you with powerful and actionable insight into yourself to help you identify your strengths, development areas, stress triggers and motivators.

Self-awareness is essential to success. If you don't understand what drives your actions and behaviours, it's difficult to cultivate positive growth. As you discover what inspires you, you’ll identify what may hold you back from success, as well as the traits, habits and behaviors that propel you forward.

Here are some common questions about the profiling tools:

  • Psychometric testing is designed to assess your traits, personality and emotional intelligence and measure them in a structured way.

They provide insight into the human psyche and provide powerful insights that could usually take years to elicit.

You will gain deep insight into yourself that will transform your future.

  • We use 2 tools - DiSC and The Resilience Questionnaire.

    DiSC Personality Profiling

DiSC is a personality profiling tool and is the market leading product in personality profiling.

DiSC identifies communication preferences, motivators and stressors and helps you to understand why you behave like you do.

When we fully understand our personality we can identify our strengths and also what could be holding us back from living our best possible lives.

Feedback received from DiSC profiling is that it is eye-opening and empowering.

    The Resilience Questionnaire.

Resilience is an individual’s capacity to adapt positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges, and change to achieve and sustain peak personal effectiveness. Resilience is an essential quality for today’s world, both in and out of work.

This report will measure your current levels of resilience in each of the key 8 areas, identifying areas of strengths and development.

The good news is that resilience is not a fixed trait, it’s like a muscle, this report will give you life-changing insight into the areas where you need to build your resilience muscle.

  • We will be asking you to complete two psychometric reports 2-weeks prior to attending the resilience retreat.

You will be sent the links via email and each report will take approximately 25 minutes to complete.

The reports will be stored on a secure system that only The Resilience Retreat team will have access to.

Your report will only be shared with you.

  • The reports will be given to you at the retreat and we will explore the results in the workshops.
