Caroline has over 15 years experience of facilitation in large corporate organisations, both nationally and internationally. She works with some of the UK’s largest companies and brands to deliver life changing workshops, keynotes and learning programmes.
An expert in mental and physical resilience, she draws on her own experiences, neuroscience and positive psychology to deliver unique workshops which inspire long-lasting behaviour change.
She lives in Whalley in the Ribble Valley. She loves karaoke, cooking and keeping fit.

Ainsley has been practising yoga for 20 years and holds a 200 hour qualification registered with the Yoga Alliance. Ainsley is passionate about helping people to improve their mental health and well-being through the practice of yoga and breathwork.
She is a one woman wellness machine with qualifications in breathwork, Pilates & Sound therapy. Her classes are unique & focused on relaxation & enhancing mental health. She is a mum of 3 young boys and enjoys fell-running, being in nature and is currently in the process of rewilding an area of land.

Our Resilience Boost Experience can be held at a location of your choice or at our flagship venue Mitton Hall.
Mitton Hall in Whalley is a simply stunning venue in the heart of the Ribble Valley with river views, a stunning terrace and a gorgeous light filled conservatory which is where we’ll be based for the morning.
Mitton Hall has excellent parking, accommodation and is also featured on Ribble Valley walking routes should you want to make a day of it.
We currently have a number of dates available to book onto a Resilience Boost Experience at Mitton Hall. The price is £149 per person with discounts for group bookings of 10 or more.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

There is no need to prepare anything ahead of the half-day retreat.

We encourage everyone to take part in all the activities as this will ensure they get the most out of the retreat experience. However we want everyone who attends to feel comfortable so ultimately it's completely personal choice.

The yoga will be accessible to everyone. The classes will be a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga but the main focus is relaxation, finding some inner peace, mindful movement and connecting to the breath. There won't be any chanting, headstands or splits but there will be challenges for retreaters who enjoy a stronger practice.

Depending on timings and requirements we offer a choice of brunch or lunch.
There are plenty of brunch choices from smashed avocado and eggs to granola bowls with fresh berries.
The lunch is served family style and is generally a feast of salads, locally sourced meat and freshly prepared breads. A range of flap jacks and mini deserts are served with hot drinks also.
The team at Mitton can cater to any allergies and dietary needs. We will discuss any requirements with you prior to your retreat.
Hot drinks and water are available throughout the morning.

If you are hosting your half-day retreat at our flagship location, the address is:

Less than an hours drive from Manchester, 90 minutes from Leeds or an easy 30 minutes from Preston or Skipton along the A59.
Both Whalley and Clitheroe have train stations & the venue is a 15 minute taxi ride from the station.
Alternative Location for Retreat: If we are hosting a retreat at a location of your choice, all instructions will be organised and sent to you prior to your retreat.

60 minute Yoga class (suitable for everyone)
All yoga mats and props such as blocks and straps. You are welcome to bring your own mat but these will also be provided.
60 minute breathwork & sound therapy session to calm the nervous sytem. Please bring a blanket.
Lunch, unlimited hot drinks & water
Eye opening group coaching session focused on building resilience and reducing stress.
